are a pools best friend! The purpose of a solar blanket is to
allow the MAXIMUM amount of sun's rays to penetrate to the greatest
depths of your pool. In tests, the clear cover has been shown
to be the most effective method for providing passive solar
heating in your pool. The diamond shape design also helps to
minimize the space between the air pockets to provide the maximum
amount of heat retention. A traditional cover with round bubbles
has more space between the cells, which does not provide the
highest insulation value possible. With the combination of the
diamond pattern and the heavy gauge clear material it is the
most effective cover available today. |
